Terms & Conditions
Project Scope
Cozbook offers a standard business profile page hosted under the cozbook.com domain.
Customizations beyond the standard template (like advanced features, payment gateways, custom domains, etc.) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
Content Submission
Clients must provide complete and accurate business details, text content, logo, and images required for the profile page.
Cozbook is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete content from the client side.
Approval & Launch
A preview link will be shared with the client before final publishing.
Once approved by the client, the business profile will go live under cozbook.com/businessname.
Any changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made in advance before project initiation.
Payments once made are non-refundable after the profile has been developed and/or published.
Hosting & Duration
The business profile will be hosted under Cozbook for a period of 12 months from the date of publication.
Renewal charges will apply after 12 months to continue hosting the profile.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of business information submitted.
Any legal issues arising from false or misleading content are the sole responsibility of the client.
Usage Rights
Cozbook retains the right to showcase the created business profile for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Cozbook reserves the right to remove any profile containing offensive, illegal, or misleading content, without prior notice.
Clients may choose to terminate their profile before the 12-month period, but no refund will be issued
About Founder
Mohamed Raffi began his creative journey as a Senior Graphic Designer at Alakananda Advertising Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as an Art Director at IB&W, a leading national agency in Mumbai. In 2009, he established Vitamin7 Semantics, a Coimbatore-based advertising agency, known for its creative campaigns for both corporate and retail clients.
With over a decade of experience in branding, digital media, and creative strategy, he identified the need for a budget-friendly web presence solution for small businesses. This led to the creation of Cozbook-a smart, affordable business profile platform to help startups get online without the overhead of traditional websites.
